Founder & Principal, Next ROventures
RO | Martin Jarion Rosier is a U.S. Army veteran and former USDA Branch Chief who brings 36 years of federal service and hands-on grants leadership to organizations seeking clearer strategies, stronger programs, and smarter ways to pursue opportunity. His career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture included leadership in federal grant administration, program operations, training, and oversight.
Before retiring from federal service, Martin served as Branch Chief for the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program within USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service. That experience gave him a practical view of grants from the agency side—from program requirements and application review to compliance, administration, and the decisions that shape successful programs.
